I prefer option one personally with a playoff between Auckland and Kent for last spot in Divison One, and Colts and Guyana for the last spot in Divison Two. IMO a team that auto promoted i.e South Australia have more right to be in Divison One, then a team that won its playoff i.e Hampshire. But teams like Guyana and Auckland who worked to aviod the drop and a playoff, should get a chance to stay up. As should teams like Colts and Kent who auto promoted.
