Kidding aside, I did a quick calc on the difference in ODI's between India and Pakistan as my instincts said there was going to be a huge difference in experience.
Turned out it was 615 ODI match difference in favor for India.
I asked Steven Lynch from Cricinfo if this was a record for a winning side. Never got a response, understandably.
But I would not be surprised if this was indeed a record for the greatest difference in match experience for a side winning with less experience.

This two year schedule could work well. Teams almost there might have incentive to stop being dumb ducks who cancel Bangladesh tours in the winter. Heck, it might even tempt them to hastily organise some Ireland and Afghan tours.

Though there is a lot of buzz about the Test Championship, the reality is that the big three continue to prefer playing among themselves.
FTP (2018-2023):
England: 59 tests, 15 against India, 10 against Australia, 34 against others.
India: 51 tests, 15 against England, 12 against Australia, 24 against the rest.
Australia: 47 tests 10 against England, 12 against India, 25 against the rest.
Unless every series that is played counts, and ideally everyone plays everyone else, this does not have much "context".

There is plenty of context. Every 2 years some teams will have harder paths to the final but those that managed it under hardship will be remembered more than those who did it easy. Just do it, make it regular, then worry about fixing broke stuff.

So Lets take a look at whats lined up for each nation before the 1st World Test Championship Final in Jun 2021. This is just all Tests starting from Jan 2018 for each nation as per the document the ICC published
First off, the lesser nations
Afghanistan:
1 Test vs India (concluded)
1 Test vs Ireland (Feb/Mar 2019)
1 Test vs Zimbabwe (Aug 2019)
1 Test vs Bangladesh (Oct 2019)
1 Test vs West Indies (Nov/Dec 2019)
1 Test vs Ireland (Mar 2020)
1 Test vs Australia (Nov 2020)
1 Test vs Ireland (Jan 2021)
2 Tests vs Zimbabwe (Feb/Mar 2021)
So 10 Tests in total - 3 against Ireland, 3 against Zimbabwe, 1 apiece against WI, BD, Ind and Aus. Afghanistan don't play SL, SA, Pak, Eng or NZ at all.

Now here is the important part - None of these tours count towards the World Test Championship.
Yea. So these three nations won't even be in contention, and there is no guarantee then that any of these games actually go ahead.

also Zim, Afg and Ireland not being part of the Test Championship at all is lame af. Just an excuse for boards not to waste money playing them.

So before examining SL. WI and BD's schedule, lets look into what the points system will be. Nothing has been finalised by the ICC yet, but there are three core ideas:
1) The total number of points up for grab in a series is going to be consistent - regardless of number of matches in that series.
2) A Draw carries 1/3rd the points of a Win, and the series result itself carries no points
3) Each team players 6 Series in the two-year cycle that count towards the Championship
So how this system works out is that each team has 6 times X number of points that are available for them to collect, and the team that collects the most is the Champion. Exactly how many points each Series carries is to be announced, and we don't know yet if there are any additional criteria they want to add. We also don't know the method of deciding the champion if the Grand Final is a drawn match - whether the points scored leading into the final will be the decider, and what will be done if points are even.
So lets say, for example, each Series is worth 60 points. Then each team can win a maximum of 360 points over the two years. If SL plays BD in a 2 match series, then each of those 2 games is worth 30 points for a win, and 10 points for a draw. If India play Australia in a 4 match series, then each match is 15 for the win and 5 for the draw.
So the lesser nations who play fewer Tests towards the Championship will now have the added pressure of there being more points on the line for every game. This could lead to some interesting decisions with regards to pitch/team selection/strategy - since every game matters, teams will be looking to whitewash sides rather than win a game and secure the draw. We might see more negative cricket from sides content with stealing a draw against stronger opposition, but conversely more aggressive cricket from sides who feel they deserve a win.

So here are the schedules for West Indies, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. I've highlighted the WTC series (and specified Home/Away just for them), and used a point system of 60 points per series predicted an estimated points tally for each team after the 2 years cycle is up.
West Indies
3 Tests vs Sri Lanka (Concluded)

Gut feeling here is that WI got done dirty - they have a whole lot of tests in 2018 leading up to 2019, but then they suddenly have no Test cricket for about 5 months before India comes to visit them for a 2 test WTC tour. 30 points on the line for each game and they're going up raw against one of the best sides in the world - home advantage might not save them here. They then got a couple of weak Tests, then 7 months off, and boom - tour to England with 20 points at stake for each game. They might get away with a few draws due to weather tho (not that it ever rains in England in June), but expect them to be soundly beaten. They then play host to South Africa for 2 Tests immediately after (another tough home series), then tour New Zealand after a couple of months, then go over to Bangladesh, and finally get some respite by hosting Sri Lanka at home. It's a hard hard schedule. They might win a Test away against BD, go 1 a piece with Sri Lanka at home (based on recent results), but I can't see them winning anything else. Maybe a draw each against England, South Africa, NZ, and we could see West Indies emerge with a meagre 73 points out of a possible total of 360
