That's a tough bunch. Difficult to select a winner! Does "no need!" for India mean AA? Surely there are others who are worthy of a nomination there though not in the great man's class.

England: Mark Ramprakash or Graeme Hick...take your pick...
West Indies: Ganga looks like a good prospect but...Nagamootoo...averaging 50odd with the ball in both Tests and ODIs...
New Zealand: Brooke Walker
Sri Lanka: Russel Arnold/Navid Nawaz (that late cut...ohhh no)
Pakistan: Saleem Elahi
India: No need!
Zimbabwe: Mluleki Nkala/Sean Ervine/Brian Murphy
South Africa: (Damn it used to be Ntini) Ashwell Prince or Adam Bacher.

Not Ganga, although alot of people would disagree but look at his last 18 ODI's.

It has to be Nagamootoo. He picks up many wickets at regional level but is hopeless at international level. He bats pretty well though but he can't even take wickets against Bangladesh!! He deserves the honour!
