Bolo.

International Captain
I didn't know that his 156.7 kmph was reliable and thought his fastest ball was 154.4 kmph, that too in IPL.
I don't know about the decimal points. I always round everything to the nearest whole number*. Likely was 156.7. It rings a bell.

Edit: If you mean reliable in terms of trusting what the gun was saying, I reckon it was, at least as far as IPL speeds can be. They normally feel inflated by a couple of kms in relation to RSA speed guns to me. That looked about as fast as I have ever seen him bowl, and was a smidge faster than I ever remember seeing him being clocked in RSA.

These lists are very incomplete in general. I have seen a number of bowlers clock faster than the stuff that appears on some of them.

*Except for one Pollock over in around 1999, when every single ball was 144.X, and the consistency was more interesting than the nearest number.

Ok I'm convinced. It was that I saw a lot of sources that showed 154.4 kmph as his fastest ball in his career, so It made me think the former one was speculation.

Does anyone know how fast Brett Lee bowled in IPL 2008?

that speed destroys your body and doesn't actually gain you anything, look at Bret Lee, constantly reached 95mph but the 85 mph Stuart Broad was an infinitely more successful career and an objectively better bowler
I think there is a lot to this. It is very difficult to produce that pace, week in week out, especially if you want to get the obvious financial gains that playing in the various big leagues get you. Makes more sense to be circa 145-150kph (i.e. just over 90mph) and have a skill set and be able to bowl on a more regular basis and stay fit.

They must have miscalibrated the speed gun, because they played it easily. Half of them are on the way down to the keeper ffs. Typical of the English to give a rousing round of applause for an over that went for two singles and otherwise did nothing.

Anyway, as I've noted before it's a Pretty Extraordinary Development by Wood to gain a few yardS of pace when well into his 30s, isn't it?
