I wonder why everyone keeps picking these SM and no one has picked the guy who they will be benchmarked at. Oh well i guess someone will wake up sooner or later and pick this guy.

Also Marc will players that played in the 50s that have good stats be changed much? I remember you said in a email that guys that played in the 30s and earlier are likely to have their stats altered. So does that mean guys that played in the 50s and beyond will stay pretty much the same?

I think Bradman's stats should be adjusted, he only played in Australia and England... :p

Well there is some grounds for Bradman's stats being altered slightly, he averaged 88 against England and West Indies. You could argue thats his average of 196 aganist India and 200 aganist RSA, inflated his average slightly. But there is not much difference between 88 and 99 considering the next best is 65.

Mine have been sent. However, I've had a change of heart, and could you please move my 2nd pick to my last pick?

Marc, I assume that means there'll be a transfer period again this time.

Not discussed it yet - I guess the board have that (and some other things) to decide.

well his bowling won at least 2 test matches his profile says, 902 FC wickets at 17.
Yes, but by not actually bowling that much in Tests, he won't be classified as a front-line bowler, which I believe has a bit of an impact on ability.

Those from the 50s on won't be changed much if at all (unless there's mitigating circumstances (ie short career or large number of easy games relative to total games)

Does this mean you have to average more then 20 overs a Test to be classified as a front-line bowler?

Pretty much that or even more (when you consider that there's 2 innings in a Test, you'd expect a regular bowler to be bowling a bit more than 10 overs per innings!)

Got my spin bowling all rounder and South African at the same time, happy with that :D . Now i ust need one more spinner to finish my quartet. It also looks like the South African express has hit ALFTA, with four being picked this round (five if you include Murray Goodwin ;) ).

Next round sent.

When will the next round drawn?
Sometime Friday UK time - possibly before the start of play in the Test, possibly during the (hopefully many) rain delays.
