International Captain
should be plenty of opportunities for 2nd string players at other clubs
Nah, it's part of the appeal tbh.Hoggy31 said:Chaulk for captain if he promises to learn how to use punctuation, IMO.
Problem is there are 2-3 bad eggs stopping those from coming/ leaving what was once a good team.FaaipDeOiad said:It might be best for Black in the long-term to lose those who aren't willing to stay the course. It'll be a tough period to come of course, but there's opportunities there for anyone who is sticking with the team.
Why not just name them?mikeW said:Problem is there are 2-3 bad eggs stopping those from coming/ leaving what was once a good team.

Sorry mate, it was never my intention i was just stating my thoughts on the current situation. Good luck in the future....dontcloseyoureyes said:Alright, I'm sick of this.
I'm asking players from any side other than Black to stop coming in here and stirring the controversy up again. Wilson, you're not needed in here anymore. I've got nothing against you and respect your decision to move to Colts, but that's it, you moved to Colts, so I would appreciate it if you didn't come in a try and stir up some more trouble, which is what you and Kearsley have done. It may not have been intentional but it certainly isn't helping.
you dont need to lower yourself to that level chris, id suggest you keep those sort of comments to yourself...cbuts said:I couldnt really care if he did abuse, not why i left. he is just a **** in general.

Top post. Feel bad for bringing you over and having it spiral out of control.pasag said:The captaincy should be sorted out ASAP to put this matter to rest and restore some sort of normality. What’s done is done, those who have left have left and I don't see what the point of going around on a witch-hunt is. I think those who left have delivered a cruel blow, some sort of calculated revenge on the team, which is unfair on most.
The people who left have taken a piss weak swipe at the team and have done some serious damage. Not only do we barley have a list, but they have caused loads of in-fighting as well. I honestly despise what they have done. If they had a problem they should have brought it up when it happened. Not months later. I really didn't expect this from those that are considered the senior, respected members of the team.
I think the whole moving teams thing should be examined. There should be some sort of drafting system like in the AFL. Players shouldn't be allowed to walk out on clubs. It is unfair to everyone.
Another point is that whoever is the new captain should have the balls to deal with renegade players, regardless of what that will mean to the team. If we start losing games because we had to suspend gun players, so be it. I'm not saying anyone did anything wrong here, so far there are just unsubstantiated accusations, but I think that the rules and disciplinary actions should apply to everyone equally, regardless of how much the team need them to win games.
I hope no one dismisses this, saying I'm new, because I'm pretty pissed off leaving a good team and walking into this train wreck. But I'm here for the long haul and want to see this team come good again.
I dont wanna cause any trouble but to say those things when you haver idea of the circumstances is pretty irritating and pretty hypocritical seeing as you left Colts yourself...pasag said:The captaincy should be sorted out ASAP to put this matter to rest and restore some sort of normality. I actually do have an idea of the circumstances, I was there during the alleged incident, I've seen what is going on and I've seen how all of you have handled yourselves in reaction to it. What is irritating is that the influx of players to the Colts squeezed me out. So it is pretty irritating, for you to come and say that I left, when it was becuase of all of you coming to the Colts in the first place that caused it.mikeW said:I dont wanna cause any trouble but to say those things when you haver idea of the circumstances is pretty irritating and pretty hypocritical seeing as you left Colts yourself...
Mate you didnt have to leave at all, you would of been a starting player at colts from all reports. How was i having a massive dig? I was merely stating something to stick up for myself when you were the one that was having a massive swipe at me and others.pasag said:I actually do have an idea of the circumstances, I was there during the alleged incident, I've seen what is going on and I've seen how all of you have handled yourselves in reaction to it. Do yourself a favour and don't show yourself around these parts anymore, don't start off posts saying you don't want to cause trouble and then have massive digs at everyone. It is quite clear that you're not content at just leaving, you want to see to the destruction of the entire team. Go take your vendetta elsewhere, we're trying to rebuild a team here.
I've said what i've needede to say and will stay out from now on, good luck.dontcloseyoureyes said:Please, just leave it at the door guys. This isn't needed (or wanted)
