Quality batsman, and can provide a decent second spin option to the team as well. Between him and Worrell, we have a decent fifth bowler.

Denis Lindsay

Proper wicketkeeper, used to the workload, and produces with the bat, with that workload. If these teams battle against the best, they can't afford to be missing chances.

I wouldn't have taken Pollock but while he and Lindwall are there to bolster the lower order I think we can afford to be a bit luxurious with the gloveman - Don Tallon

Coming around to including Sangakkara, but as we already have a no.3 I'll go with Stan McCabe

With the amount of batting in the side I've gone for an out and out brllliant keeper, while Compton speaks for himself and also adds to the bowling a bit.

I know as long as I keep on voting for Flower it will seem to indicate that I value batting of keepers too highly, but I am going to change that perception by selecting brilliant men behind the stumps once Flower is gone...
