Obviously I wasn’t personally taking ODIs into account in my rating (yuck ODIs). But if giving them such weighting this is definitely a decent shout. Personally I wouldn’t have him so high just based on tests obvs.

Curious, would’ve expected Laker to have Lock in there. Dooland is a surprise. Sandham is an interesting choice from Hutton. Jackson too for Trueman. Presumably those three are all based on their personal domestic experiences.

Umm, not sure how I feel about Gilly that high. I possibly agree that the keeper position isn't important enough to ranked as lofty. But the gap and impact he had above others was quite substantive.
But it's also like chosing a NFL guard as a top 5 player. So it's basically the quality of the player vs the impact. And he was a cheat code.
The rest of the list is great.
