Hypothetically, if your team is 4/30, who's the last person who you want to come in/is currently still batting who'll save the day for your team.
Although its hard to mark openers in this sort of situation, as when there's a collapse as that described above, rarely are either of the openers still in, I really wouldn't like the idea of Hayden still being in. He strikes me too much as a front runner, not the guy who is always willing to do the hard yards when the opposition is on top, especially over the last 24 months. Ditto Michael Slater.
Always nervy when Darren Lehmann was batting in such a situation, as even when he was looking steady, he could still get out in the most unimaginable way possible. You can lump Craig McMillan into Boof's company here too.
And while I could see him making a handy 30 off few balls to maybe swing the momentum, I couldn't see Shahid Afridi staying around enough to completely rescue the team.
