Late though it may be, I'd like to join Shane Watson in giving a big "**** you" to his critics. Still hasn't been dismissed in this WC, batting at 7 every game, and his SR's not bad either.

Good to see my three fav Aussie players, not doing too badly. Watson and Hogg brilliant, and Hussey with some improvement, but he's still not quite there yet.

Man, we got owned. So utterly and totally owned.
I did not agree with the SL decision at the time (resting M and V) though it kind of made sense from certain perspectives. But after having seen the Aussies annihilate the Kiwis, I think it was a good decision (as was resting Bond who is the equivelant of Murali and Vaas against Aus) as the only way I can see this Australian team being beaten is by way of a Kiwi/SL ambush in the last game that counts.
