Yeah the Brumbies were awful. Great effort by the Highlanders who are pretty much the equivalent of the Canberra Raiders in terms of comparison between the two codes.

The Chiefs showed just how good they could have been this year, but a poor draw and injuries hurt them.

Brumbies were pretty damn poor and don't deserve the 4th spot , which I suspect will go to one of the SA Teams (probably the Sharks or the Bulls ).

I was castigating the highlanders last week and they showed me up this week by beating the Brumbies. Good on them.

? Do you even follow this competition? The Brumbies are 5 points clear of the Sharks and Bulls. I know that they have far superior points differential to the Sharks, so they only have to worry about the bulls who I am unsure about. I guess they could miss out and I hope they do but I doubt they will pick up nothing against the Crusaders and the Bulls will collect all 5 against the Cats? I think they play the cats...

Seems like I follow it better than you do mate , since both the scenarios you mention below are extremely likely, given Brumbies current form and injuries .

Gregan lucky to get away with 1 week suspension. Any way his suspension makes it more likely , particularly with the return of Richie Macaw, that Brumbies may lose not just by 20 , but by even more, making it liklier that Sharks or Bulls will be the more likely Semifinalists over the Brumbies .
