Styris or Collingwod-who's the better player?

Amazing the anti-Oram stance in this thread. His average is one click more than Styris at 39.

Interesting to note he averages 50 batting at number 7.

6 not outs and 8 scores of under 10 in those 14 innings is my reason.

He's still done very well for us in that position. A couple of those innings were vital but ultimately in vain because noone could back him up.

We can't have a specialist number seven batsman though, becuase his bowling doesn't warrant selection. He needs to bat higher than seven to get in, and more consistently.

Yeah they were good and I think he's a good player and all, but I rate Styris and a few other players above him, particularly if it's only his batting we benefit from.

TBH I don't think a single one of his not outs was under 10 though maybe 1 or 2 were, no more though. Amazing isn't it?
