Stumped!

TMOs had a tough game against Mooo yesterday. TMOs put a target of 251 on the board but was chased easy by a strong Mooo performance. No early wickets proving costly.

However of significance is Levy scoring his 2nd ton, all happening in the last week (8 days technically!!). Starting to grow in confidence and starting to bat long. This is a good sign for the future development of the TMOs and their plans for the future.

However the 4 playing for TMOs all got acquired in the first 12 pulls... I have subsequently had 38(37!) pulls that have been not of sufficient quality. (I did keep one for awhile but he could not replace what was there and was not getting game time hence his sale for $100000 thanks to @cnerd123! )

Hoping to pull another 4 in the next 12 weeks...
Week 40...passes.

Flamer-Caldera with a golden duck on his t20 debut

Cow Corner is a bot team, but they had us in a corner in the first 6 overs...but Mark Jardine saves Moo CC from further embarrassment with a fine half-century.

Pretty strong batting effort for AX-W vs PPs, even if it faltered at the end. They've lost 3 wickets in 6 overs; we could get a win in that comp! Nathan Law with 142* (119) for FHK vs Krypto, player.

Felix O'Callaghan is the first AX-W player to 1000 competitive runs in a season. With 4 matches remaining, seven CW players have reached the 1000-run mark, including three TMOs. Peter Sutherland in first place on 1253 runs; Haidar Khattak has 67 wickets.

15 pops for AX-W.

Six for LOY as FHK win. Gun.

9 pops for AXI; not a whole lot, but BD Nat prospect Rehman Kaiser's double pop to 35 skill (at the age of 17 and 7 weeks!) is very pleasing.

TMO vs ZCC: Liam Levy gets another hundred. I've always said he's good. Badenhorst going very well also, the problem is a fairly low RR as they approach the death.

Been pushing the MAS score... over 200 now. Also pushed Levy and Thundayal aggression. Seems to have worked as well, but not losing their wickets to get the big hitters in at opportune times is becoming a problem I don't know how to solve.

Chase of 250 for ZCC... probably 30 runs short. Think I need to find a more aggressive partner for Levy.

I have a bowler I am training that has the characteristics of both "Flight and guile and Economical"... how does that work out? I am hoping the 'positive aspects' are greater than the 'negative' of each attribute so I get a bowler that batsmen like to attack a little but is also a little economical. (If this makes sense!)

Yea the two bonuses will outweigh the negatives.

It was discussed on the Stumped forum somewhat recently. They're not contradictory/opposite traits (like late bloomer / precocious) as Econ makes the bowler bowl more defensively, and F&G makes the batter bat more aggressively. It'll be interesting to see how he is best used!
