Also I think they've overthought Mncwabe, he's an attack-skewed aggresive batsman but because he failed at four in the T20 they've now pushed him up to open
they do have a very good and enthusiastic scouting team though

A lot happening in Stumped at the moment. Dev v Ashgrove, solid bowling performance; Dan Bennett stranded on 46 batting at 6. The 143 to win was almost knocked off by my openers within 25 overs, but Simmonds was run out for 71 (87). Ghous Saadi 48* (59) has had some good scores recently, in spite of low touch.
Couple of buys for me in the recent TM spate. Chris Waters, a 25yo unhittable offie and excellent fielder. Callum Wilde, absolute bunny with bat and in field but a 49 pot late bloomer for under a million is a stupendous steal.
AXI's squad size will increase by one to 20, but someone has to go onto the TM. That someone is veteran medium pacer Jasper Davey. He will play three more games to leave the club on 250 games, and as the third highest club wicket-taker.
Dev v TMO coming up.

TMOs development game against Ataraxia went well. TMOs put on a decent total and it was defended well by the main bowlers. Some of the new youngsters getting carted. Simmonds playing a great knock for ataraXIa, carrying his bat; unfortunately only Kotze managed to spend any time with him.

Good hand from Simmonds on captaincy debut. He's getting to be an OP ball-hog and he's still only 18. Good signs. But yeah, not much else apart from the Kotze knock.
Extremely pleasing to see that Callum Wilde is 115kph rather than 100kph! The TM steal getting better by the second.

Yes but not enough interest. Not all existing Nat managers want to also manage a Dev team. As it is many Nat team manager elections go uncontested (such as BD), and so until there is actually a surplus of managers willing to run a Nat team there won't be any expansion in it.
