FHK have been on the money with the ball today. Average bowling quality of 6.5, they are 103/6 in 31 with Shaffrey fighting hard on 35*

Shahbaz Furqan cruising on 64* vs the Hunks, ZCC 171/3 in 31. A big score looming. Shame Raun didn't kick on, but Zack is out there on 31* off just 26.

Around the grounds a strong CWC debut for The Buy-Ins - Narayan Vinit took 4/10 in two niggling spells and they're currently looking at chasing less than 150.

Simon Lickley is playing for his fourth club in the CWC, opening the bowling for JoJo at Schmaltzberg - he had a bit of a rough time but nothing near what the other bowlers are going through.

The ballsy decision to leave out LOY works in favour of FHK - 127 all out! Been a long time since that sort of a batting collapse, and this is a flat pitch. Bikswing 4-19 (10). Can only hope my similar horses-for-courses decision in leaving out Juan Goliath goes similarly.

An 8 wicket thumping for FHK. Outstanding performance. Was a literal 11th hour decision to bring Bikswing and Spavor into the XI for this game, so glad they bowled this well.

Honest Hunks 53/7, ZCC cruising to a massive NRR boost as well.

Yeah the margins have been comical. I hope Morpork-Moooo later on will make up for it. Still two games up in the air, Jura-Ashgrove and AXW-MTO, but both are tough chases from behind to pull off.

In the alternate universe this morning the TMOs played against Morpork at the Treacle Mine Rd; TMOs managed to put up (what I thought) was a competitive 242 with all the top order contributing. However Mthabela took a liking to the TMO bowling and scored a great century and took Morpork home in a canter.
