A vice captain needs the respect of his team-mates, and although Neil is Ginger, he doesn't attack his team.

I simply stated they were inexperienced, which is evident due to the fact of a small amount of games. I hardly call that attacking. But anyway, I really don't want to start this again. I was just hoping I'd be told if I was going to be dropped..
