i feel the whole innocent until proven guilty is there to stop judges from using the "looks like a ****, is a ****" logic you display in that very same sentence. you can't really have it both ways there
I somehow still have a bit of trust in him. I doubt if he would do that and I don't think there was "clear evidence" against him. He gets into a fixing controversy just weeks after he takes a dig against the BCCI for the way it handled the slapgate and supported Harbhajan. It can be a conspiracy against him which ended up doing more damage to the BCCI.
