Should India lose ICC test ranking points for refusing to play Pakistan?

I think it's safe to say Pakistan would whitewash India; the rankings out to be adjusted to reflect this.

Would love to see a India vs Pakistan series right now. Hope the next one can somehow be arranged again.

Infact, would love to see India playing any of the top 6 at home right now. 8 months is too long. :(

Ishant VS Sami, who would be more unlucky/rubbish.
CricInfo did some research into how lucky/unlucky bowlers had been since they started doing bbb descriptions and concluded that Sami had been the unluckiest bowler since 2001 based on umpiring, dropped catches, plays and misses etc. That was a year or two ago now though, and it still only suggested he should be averaging 42 or so - so he was both unlucky and rubbish. :p
