In the 300+ wkt club, only Asian pacers Vaas, Zak and Kapil, coupled with NZ spinner Vettori have a lower WPM than Willis (Morkel too, I checked now).
Only Lillee and Murali have a higher WPM than Ashwin on the other hand. This is Ashwin definitely for me despite his issues away from home.

sure, Ashwin's argument is his home work being next level regardless of pitch difference, Willis's is him being excellent at home and much more of a well rounded all condition bowler. not ridiculous to vote either here.

Ashwin's WPM away from home is higher than Willis' overall WPM. Ashwin easily the much more impactful bowler imo.
