Please put together your hands for all the sponsors, all the organisers, all the players and last but not least for the Australian public for such a great response. As cricketers and cricket lovers here is something to be proud of.

I found it very good game and I enjoyed the bit I got to see. Missed the ROW innings because of work and turned it off when Asia needed 150 to win and thus no chance.

Piracy is wrong, it is illegal and there is no justification for it.
Lets take this point of view...I buy every New Audio CD of my favorite singers when they're out in India but very few of the International titles are released here...
No music store it seems here has heard about Dream Theater or any other artist for that matter whose songs I like...so what do I do?Obviously I download the songs...whats the justification for this?

Piracy is a way of life...for things that you dont have access of.

I don't want to sound like I'm advocating piracy, but I see Nikhil's point. Isn't the whole qualm about piracy that artists and such are being robbed of money? Obviously in his case they aren't being robbed if they haven't tried to sell it to him and he has no way of buying it.

Well with the Internet, it's easy to track items and order them.

I believe one of our members has just done that with a book that wasn't available over here.

Was asking some early on MSN... if Warne gets another yellow card, does he get banned from cricket?

I believe they would have other methods available otherwise they would lose out on business.

Even if I had one, there is no way I would ever use a credit card over the internet and leave myself wide open for hackers.

I may as well go and post up my credit card number if I did that.

I wouldnt wish that considering it would prolong his career further!

Umm.. no, I'm pretty sure being banned from cricket would stop him dead in his tracks.
Another 6 month ban would mean him coming back and playing another few years, specially in the Australian scenario of not finding quality young spinners right now. He certainly prolonged his career after the ban earlier and used it well. Got a rest which helped so much.

Where did six months come from? A ban is a ban is a ban.

I've been using mine to buy online for years, and have never had a problem.

Well I have tried that as well...Indian shopping sites generally dont have what I am looking for...and with foreign sites only Credit card payment option is available which I dont have...and even if I did have it with the the security of my credit card number,I'd also be worried about the product I get...(I've got one or two bad experiences shopping over the net)

It isn't as simple as that. My dad got done by internet fraud. When you're busy and you get emails or something similar from a bank, these hackers (or whatever they're called) can make the email look legit and you don't check as comprehensivly as you usually might. It is more than just being clueless - they are other environmental reasons aswell.

I know about all this.. I have a IT Diploma so I know what these "hackers" really do..

People are just being ignorant if they refuse to use a credit card over the net, yes you have to be carefull but if do then there is basicly nothing that can go wrong..

Yes, have used four different ones and nothing has happened yet. And it has not happened to anyone I know either.
