I personally think Ganguly came back in 2004 tbh. Came back to the dressing room in the morning after seeing the Nagpur pitch and decided not to play

Looking at the weather forecast it is highly doubtful we will get much more play.
Draw.
Would love to be proven wrong .

If we share this it will be an incredible achievement and a proud moment regardless.

NZ should be pretty happy with their work there. Shame to lose a wicket right before play ended but still a very good day for them after sending India in.

Just get as many left handers in the line up as possible. There are not too many faster bowlers that can bowl to lefties. Devon had a hundred for taking there. Latham looked good too.

Now for Kane to score a fifty, Nicholls scratch an ugly 60+ and BJ to wear Indian bowlers down. Good thoughts

Totally forgot, add a mad 50+ from Taylor throwing hands at everything

There you go about 150+ lead if it goes to script.

Three steps forward, two steps back for NZ, happy enough with that after I went to bed at 20/0. Surprised both dismissals were like that, ball stopping in the pitch a little, perhaps getting spongy as it dries out?

Will be fascinating watching Taylor bat in the morning.

Was surprised when they flashed up the top 5 Indian fast bowler's WTC averages on the screen, Bumrah's was the worst. Albeit still 23 which is great.
It's easy to forget he's still pretty inexperienced and learning. To have those numbers at that age and with that level of experience is awesome.

Game nicely balanced right now. With both set batsmen gone, India can run through the rest of the line-up and skittle them under 200.

Or if Kane stays put, we are looking at a massive total for NZ.
