lol Kohli just stays out there and says nah we're not going off.

Kane has a bit of a lesson to learn from that.
Yeah I really dislike the subservience this side sometimes present. Kyle Jamieson's pre game hype interview was quite striking compared to Kane, Taylor, Southee etc

Will obviously do wonders for the batsmen’s concentration. Kohli pretty much arm twisted the immediate resumption there.

Seems like a continuation of the looks dangerous but ultimately no reward bowling that we got from Shami on the 2018 england tour.
Yeah, it's what Nass has taken to calling a "pretty" length.

Beats the bat umpteen times, but rarely takes the edge.

Flintoff spent more or less his whole career bowling it, as did Broad until four or five years ago when he seemed to make a conscious effort to be fuller and occasionally risk being driven, and has been a much more effective bowler as a result.

Shami I see is the biggest threat. Rest not so much at least for now.

Looks like they've figured one area Devon struggles to score is of the hip and doesn't have a backfoot flick yet

Short leg a good position vs Conway given the tendency of his to inside edge.

India have kept it very tight here. Conway scored a lot more freely against England.

Not much turn for Ashwin upfront, but he's getting a bit of drift. Nice areas as well.

Shami too short. Would have been nice if one of those edges went too hand tho.
