A leg spinner is precisely the one you wouldn't want to give the ball to at this stage as they are more likely to leak runs. Like she did against India too in the last game.

Think we will see a 2008 situation emerge soon with Women's cricket, with Australia losing some key players and India emerging how they did around the time IPL started off on the men's side.

I wouldn’t bet on it as the popularity of women’s cricket is exploding in Australia and is backed by big $ from government

Just as likely that Australia improves as the sport will attract a better caliber of athlete
