None of us have a clue. Hameed's form makes Borthick look Bradmanesque. Hales is batting at 5 nowadays and still isn't scoring consistently, even in D2.
As the people in charge of our domestic game thought it a good idea not to have any FC cricket for about 6 weeks, nobody has had the chance to put himself in the frame.
