yeah when the poms tour here broad is the king of regularly taking 5/140 odd across a match which for english bowlers in australia is quite decent according to recent history - certainly better than his contemporariesBroad's kookaburrah stats are not too bad. It's only in India that he's been rendered completely inert.
Well with the length of hair you would sweat more anyway and I doubt many could see if the mops were left alone. They all have Hoggard plus hair here.I have heard it's to keep the sweat off the face, what with being discouraged from touching your own face and all.
Graeme Smith-Neil Mckenzie and Graeme Smith-Andrew Hall strong choices tooThey've got a lot of potential in this area. The best I can come up with is Kirsten-Leibenberg, who opened for RSA here in 1998. Kirsten-Dippenar and Kirsten-Smith are other options, but it's probably something involving Gary Kirsten.
Was surprised to see the sub take on wk duties... apparently possible with permission from umpires. Learned something new today.Could Windies rather use the sub WK or does it have to be someone in the XI already ?
Likewise. Just thought with sub rules it could make things more complicated. Was surprised to see the sub take on wk duties... apparently possible with permission from umpires. Learned something new today.
It was changed recently and came into effect from late 2017 or so I think. Remember when India had Parthiv as the keeper and he got injured in South Africa in the Johannesburg test, Dinesh Karthik came on as a sub and took over as the wicket keeper basically. Was surprised to see the sub take on wk duties... apparently possible with permission from umpires. Learned something new today.
