Just found out Stokes chose to bat, I'd been assuming West Indies had won the toss. Hahahahaha.

This is going about as well as expected for England. I’m surprised anyone is surprised yet the media never seem to realise.

Let's be real about Wood, he's very unlikely to tour Australia due to his injury record and the fact he'll be nearly 32 by then. He's a short term option at best (specifically in test cricket)

You'd think that if he has injury problems in England, he'd barely last on rock-hard Australian pitches in the heat.

Whatever it takes!!!
When do they visit Australia next? My guess is they would have wanted Broad/Woakes, Wood and Archer as the attack with Stokes backing up?

Only just now, betting odds are in WI's favour. Am I missing something? From here Windies are massive-ish favourites, not?

Heh literally got on my laptop to say this '

Brathwaite has crafted a very gutsy innings. Pounced on anything short. Pitch looks 2 paced
I mean I've always hated his action, I think I posted in no uncertain terms on his debut that he was going to have all sorts of injury problems.

From all reports Anderson still wants to be playing by then, and so long as he keeps fit I don't see why he couldn't. The extended break could help lengthen a few careers.

Bess has literally C+P'd Lyon's action hasn't he? Even the little skip at the start.

Not a bad action to copy though tbf.
