Sutherland might be a good domestic bowler but I can’t see how you can succeed in Australia bowling mid-120’s.

Pretty much the point I've been making for the past couple of years. He has never added any pace either. I think a good technical coach might be able to help, but ones that help more than hinder are few and far between.

Vaughan finally calling kerry out on the consistent mention's of straightness. Kerry: "Will sutherland back. Been impressive with his straightness here."

This pitch is pretty much tailor made for sutherland's style of LOI bowling, tbf. But still nice to see him do well on debut like barlett. Was unlucky not to get more runs aswell, smashed a full toss and got caught by a 1 in a million catch.

Anyway I'm so glad the SCG rolled out a deck which basically made any attempt at aggressive strokeplay fraught with danger. Exactly what people want to see in this format.

Yeah it was a bit of a slug to watch. I was excited to watch this and didn't even bother watching most of the windies second dig.

I didn't really care about the collapse as soon as I saw what the pitch would be like because I knew that WI wouldn't get to 200 and it would be unbelievably boring to watch through the journey. Seriously, what is the point of games like this on these sorts of decks? Is anyone paying their money going "you know what I want to see? For the side batting first to grind and scrape their way to a middling score, followed by the side batting second getting nowhere near because they can barely score a run without taking major risks"?

Oshane Thomas is a no. 11? From the way he bowled and fielded I assumee he must have been a decent bat at least
He only returned to domestic cricket at the Super50 and earned a recall without any justifiable reason.

Another strange but yet so typical West Indian selection policy.
