Gayle seemed to be going well.

Mortons text records is quite poor so far. 53 runs in 4 innings (and one of those was 43!) leaves him with an average of 13.

I usaully feel that as a long as a batsmen beats his average he has done well but in cases like this, that rationality is questionable
