Yep at this stage, it appears to be a very fine day. But we're talking about Auckland! and weather can change within 30 seconds..we usually get 4 seasons in a day here.

First session will be important. If NZ can get rid of both Lara & Sarwan then they'll be well on top. I think we'll find out early on whether 275 was a competitive 1st innings total or not.

Well, if we lose as many wickets as we did yesterday, we'll be 6 wickets into the NZ innings by this NZ evening. :p

I think the key is Eddie, those who you take pot shots at eventually do well. Your next NZ victim may get some runs/wickets as well. :p
Well in that case...

Martin can't bowl. Franklin can't bowl. Vettori can't bowl. Bond can't bowl. We're screwed!

I have to work. Yesterday, Today and Monday. Plus over the weekend I am going to Chch for a wedding, so I will probably not get any test cricket this year... :(

I see in Cricinfo that Bond is swinging it in 'micely'. I wonder how that works. I'm thinking of Mighty Mouse or Speedy Gonzales helping out, here.

lol Lara out to Bond, the first ball he faces from him. 20 year old substitute Carl Cachopa took the catch, haha..he wasn't going to drop that.
