Just as I say that, Morton has a big swing at one outside off and it almost carries to Ian Bell in the gully. Very lucky, would've been a soft dismissal.

Figures Plunkett wouldn't get that lbw. Panesar seems to take half a dozen overs before he's at his level of competent bowling.

Gotta be honest, My instant reaction with that LBW appeal was that I thought I heard an inside edge, but I was probably wrong.

How many decent LBW shouts have England had turned down now?

Still it's good to see some fight. Chanderpaul is class. Morton not been as awful as I thought he might be either, he's showing some restraint. Bravo still to come, England are going to have to work at this. Good.
