Without checking I'd guess Cook has the highest strike rate of the four. SR of 80+ coupled with an average of 40+ is more than acceptable in ODIs IMHO.

Looks like he's gone back t'dark place tho; his prod was straight out of 2009.

However I do think we look very light on batting. I'm ambivalent at best about Kieswetter at six & Bresnan at #7 doesn't instill confidence either. He scores quickly, but not too many in this format.
Cook is giving off some bad signs. The innings full of pies at Lord's aside, he's not looked great at all.

Coupla nice shots from Bellee. Not obviously impaired by his injury. How did he get that btw? Surely not batting in the nets without a helmet, would be both dangerous and pointless if he's going to wear one in the middle.

64044 - and would probably have been 64444 if Russell hadn't made a good stop off a straight drive.

Speaking of pies: Russell serves up some hot & tasty pastries here.

Bell putting 'em away beautifully. Lovely batsman to watch, so fluid but so correct too.

& another. 6-4-0-4...

Lovely 50 for Bell. Better than a run a ball.

Bravo's bowling looks to have lost whatever nip it had too. Speedo says he still gets it over 80mph, but looks pedestrian.

Bell top edged a ball from the bowling machine onto his chin. Appears to have knocked some sense into him. Not normally a big Bell fan, but he looks like a man on a mission today.

Windies look to have some useful batsman, but bowling looks a bit light.

England need to be a tad careful here. There's a *long* time left to bat and their batting is thin.

Morgan looking terrific here I reckon. Looks so much stiller at the crease since I saw him and looks 100x the player for it.

also. narine cliffs @3/163?
Bowled a tight line, tbf. Bit of turn and bounce, but it's slow turn. His muchvauntedknuckleball™ looks like more of a top spinner with a funky grip to me.

Wicket was a nothing ball; Trott edged one he gave himself a wee bit too much room for.
