I wouldnt drop malik from the pakistani team.He is a good player he would bat will at any day at any time.Just because he has been ruled out of the bowling why would he be dropped he is a will known batsman.

Thankfully you're not a selector. Kaspa has been in fine form this summer and deserves to be int he first chosen XI.

Lee will be there for the 2007 world cup and Kaspa wont be so there is no purpose to the exercise.

Its usually safe to assume that Auzzies will defend that total...but I never told Ponting to bring in symonds when things were tight...ponting failed there

Pakistan have won 4 out of 4 Aus-Pak ODIs at the WACA.

When we were dismissed for 265, I knew Pakistan would win, looking at the misbalance of our bowling attack. I thought we were one bowler short, especially if Hogg/Symonds/Clarke/Katich had to bowl 20 overs.

Lee - 12 @ 23.9
Kapsa - 5 @ 24.8

Kaspa: 0 @ 0

and Lee is the better fielder full stop.

all this considering the lack of match practice for Lee coming into the series...

I wouldn't say easily. Lee has played more games than Kaspa, and without looking up the stats I bet he has been more expensive.

Yes it is tough to leave out Lee, but it doesn't mean Kaspa shouldn't be in the side.
