Dharmasena is a useless umpire anyway.
Agree with the robot. The thing is it's rather distracting from the poor decision by Hill.It depends what you decide the argument is though. That decision just now isn't an advertisement for not having DRS at all because the standing umpire gave it out originally anyway, but it's another one for the "it could be working a lot better and needs some significant changes" camp.
yeahI just want it confirmed that Dharmasena checked the no-ball cause i cant remember
But the DRS worked perfectly, it gave absolutely clear evidence that Khawaja wasn't out. It's not technology's fault that the umpire using it didn't understand what the hell he was looking at.Nah it is. Those of us who support it used to accuse detractors of flatearthism. We can't deny reality and say this is working.
I don't think that is really the point of it.How people can sit there and think DRS enhances the cricket watching experience is beyond me.
Yeah, theres a good chance the umpires a more willing to give close ones expecting the technology to be used and help them out.[Have to remember that without DRS it would've been out anyway. DRS hasn't actually changed the match with a bad decision. It's just sad that it hasn't overturned one that should've been. ]
I reckon with no DRS in the ump would have given it not out. It was a stinker of a call in any situation, but when the batsman has two reviews up his sleeve I reckon as the umpire you'd be more likely to give on like that knowing that if you did get it wrong it will be soon fixed (so long as a ****ing ****** isn't 3rd umpire)
#standbycookif there's one we can all agree on, it's that the english over-rate has been disgusting this morning and cook should be banned
DRS cannot give the verdict itself. If it could have, it would have been Skynet.I don't think that is really the point of it.
I'm no zealous fan of DRS but it has led to more correct decisions, it's just been used so so badly in this series.
Michael Hussey says hi.[Have to remember that without DRS it would've been out anyway. DRS hasn't actually changed the match with a bad decision. It's just sad that it hasn't overturned one that should've been. ]

It's the first thing they check.I just want it confirmed that Dharmasena checked the no-ball cause i cant remember
Anything that leads to less whinge is going to enhance the cricket watching experience for me, what with me talking about the cricket going hand in hand with watching it. So that's why I'm hoping it works out. Failing conspicuously at the moment, of course. How people can sit there and think DRS enhances the cricket watching experience is beyond me.
