i really don't understand how humans just have literally no ability to accurately predict the weather, and seem to have shown no improvement either. for something widely acknowledged as a science it really is useless. the blonde from mean girls is more reliable ffs.
Think I read the first computers were built with the idea of improving weather forecasting. So be grateful. Without it there'd be no online p0rn.

They're alright at it, but the reports you get always overestimate the chance of rain because people usually don't care so much if it doesn't rain when they thought it would. The BBC website is mostly useless but for short-term forecasts weather maps are really good.

Apparently, it is hard to predict rain.
Having said so, I do have a few rather ridiculous experiences with forecasts. Driven under dark grey skies, in the midst of a heavy downpoor, the man on the radio tells me it is bright right now, but clouds will come in later in the day, with a chance of rain....

WTF was that review?

Good nut but terrible waste by Cook.
The way close games seem to go for us Aussies, that review will probably save England. 9 for 50, Anderson walking on to face his first ball when a down pour occurs and play never resumes. The 30 or so seconds that cook wasted with a referral saves the game

Joe Root match stats - 8 runs from 77 balls - way to make Bill Lawry, Geoff Boycott & Chris Tavare look like Adam Gilchrist
