Guess this was from before this year's competition but to my eyes it feels like crowds are on the up and also much more into the matches than before (of the men's games, as the women's games are generally at times I can't watch them). I remember seeing piss poor attendances at Headingley or OT for Blast games that weren't Roses matchups but they seem to be getting good numbers in for all the 100 games.A far from guaranteed future:

The great Hundred debate: Simon Wilde v George Dobell | The Cricketer
Unnecessary propaganda project that achieves nothing or worthwhile experiment attracting a new cricket audience? Wilde and Dobell do battle over The Hundredwww.thecricketer.com
The graphics are hideous. I do like the quirk of two overs in a row from the same end and a bowler being able to stay on.Guess this was from before this year's competition but to my eyes it feels like crowds are on the up and also much more into the matches than before (of the men's games, as the women's games are generally at times I can't watch them). The goalposts of the anti-Hundred crowd seem to be moving which might suggest it's done better than they expected. It was originally it'd never work, no one would go along or support the invented sides. Now it's "if only they'd backed the Blast like they have the Hundred".
I still don't like the format that much, and the graphics get on my nerves but I've enjoyed the games I've watched this summer more so than in the past. Prefer it to the Blast, which was becoming a tired, bloated, long-winded competition even before the Hundred came along.
Weaknessssss.Welsh Fire will replace Afridi and Rauf with Henry and Ferguson for their last 3 group games. Quite a downgrade.
Huge crowd when I went to the Oval last week. Not very full in Cardiff tonight. Might just be the big city bias though.Guess this was from before this year's competition but to my eyes it feels like crowds are on the up and also much more into the matches than before (of the men's games, as the women's games are generally at times I can't watch them).
