Yeah Sky have channels for most sports these days and have renamed Sky Sports Cricket to Sky Sports Hundred for the month
Interesting that they still think they can get mileage out of marketing it to people who don't like cricket by almost pretending it's a different sport. Great if they pull that off but I don't see why someone who didn't like T20 as a sport would like The Hundred as one.

What is that competition for which Prithvi Shaw scored a double century? Is that also part of this 100 series?

No that was the One Day Cup. 50 overs a side.

A player would have to go some to get a double ton in the Hundred. I think only two players have scored a century to date.

Welsh Fire will replace Afridi and Rauf with Henry and Ferguson for their last 3 group games. Quite a downgrade.

The speedgun at Headingley is recording Gus Atkinson at 90+, as the one at the Oval did two nights ago. Got wheels this lad.

They're looking pretty good now. Banton the key man by the looks of things.
Petered out and end but a good match. Nice to see Banton back in the runs after a pretty miserable couple of years even if not successful.

Can't keep Currans out of the game at the death. Never looks all that when you watch him but always finds a way to have an impact.

There is a bit of a Kiwi Invasion in the latter stages of The Hundred: Matt Henry, Lockie Ferguson, Tim Southee (London Spirit) & Jimmy Neesham (Oval Invincibles), in addition to the seven already playing (Ish Sodhi joins Trent Rockets today).

Billy Root's brother's valiant effort not enough in the men's afternoon game. Less said the better about the evening game. Most interesting moment was the awkward silence in the commentary box when DK put his hand on Tammy Beaumont's shoulder.
