Yeah people in Australia base their opinion of Novak on that first Aus Open he won a couple of years back where he was a bit frazzled in the final. It's a stunning misconception because he seems like such a good bloke. Just people who don't really follow tennis based their opinion on that one match.

Apparently the final of the ladies' doubles is also played later today (on centre court), yet the Erakovic semi final still hasn't restarted. As you mention, highy disappointing (exclusively from a NZ perspective) that the conclusion of that semi final won't be on TV.

Ah thats a shame, though still a fantastic achievement for Erakovic to make it to the semifinals and very nearly reach the final.

Kvitova takes the first set in the ladies' final, would prefer her to take the championship than Sharapova TBH. Edit: And another break in the opening game of the second set...

Saville take the boy's final and joins greats such as JA, Todd Reid and Kratzmann in taking it out. Good effort as the bloke he was playing seriously looks 28.

Got a girl's finalist too this year and Stosur in the women's doubles final. Might be starting to come good, but such a step up to the adult tours.
