BARNES OUT
To be fair she did the same thing last year where she came back from nowhere to beat Sam Stosur and Wozniacki where she looked dead. I remember DCYE pointing out how **** she was playing, and then she walked the Aust Open..
Haha I remember that. She was playing some of the worst tennis I've ever seen her play, it was horrible to watch (always is though tbf ;)).

Hilarious that Marcus Daniell, a NZer ranked 690 in the world in doubles, won the Auckland doubles title. Crazy, but so awesome.

Hate it when Cyprus fans following Baghdatis cheer double faults.

Chillean fans did it against Gasquet at last year's Aust Open too in the Gonzalez match.

Go and **** yourselves.

2 match points down and Novak pretends that he needs a trainer. Glad to see he's taking this seriously lol.

Ah well, good stuff Tomic.
Looked awful in the brief glance I got at him. Low ball toss when serving, no acceleration or potency when driving the ball and just seem to let the ball hit the racket instead of him hitting the ball. The only thing he's got is a bit of height but he's young and there is plenty of scope for improvement

I'm pretty sure the "no pace on the ball" was a tactic against Djokovic.

Because if it wasn't he's pretty lol.

Sharapova looks awful.

Even if she wins here, her serve is all ****ed, and she's going to need to play much mroe this season to fully cvome back from her injury.

Even if she beats Kirilenko here reckon there will be good odds on her when she comes up against a good opponent in the 2nd or 3rd round or something.

Even with Sharapova's error prone performance against Kirilenko, IMO its produced an entertaining, and certainly far longer than anticipated, first round match - two and a half hours gone and we've still a set to go.

Come on Jelena, get the large woman at the other end of the court moving around a bit!
Unfortunately, I really can't see it happening for Dokic tonight. Not at all. Disappointing, but not all that surprising considering her recent form.

She's done well to break back and even up the second at 5-5. Still some work to do though.
