Re Nicholls, at least it is happening now. It would be worse if Kane was injured at the World Cup. Still question marks over Allen and even Mitchell.

There are some big opportunities re CWC for Chapman, Young, and Ravindra. Huge shame that Foxcroft isn't eligible yet.

How long does it take the ICC to make a call on whether there are exceptional circumstances for a waiver? Getting locked out of the country due to a pandemic seems pretty clear-cut.
