Very close game( just finished watching it after managing to avoid the result all day). Well done to NZ on the win. I have to say as well as Guptill, your fielding was the difference between the teams imho. Very disappointed with kapugedara and still don't see why he is back in the team..Siriwardena almost got us over the line but we need the others to stand up and be counted too..
I am amazed that players like Anderson and Elliott aren't permanent fixtures in the kiwi odi team as they are awesome players Imo. Don't know much about Munro, but he looks a hand player..looking forward to the next t20 and again well done to the boys in beige..
Ps personally don't rate Sodhi and think Santner would be a better option..

Just watched the highlights. So is Munro's full toss thing a tactic or just him being turd (and Perera managing to be worse).

No nets boy duties for Matt Henry at the Chennai Super Kings this year btw.

@BLACKCAPS seamer Matt Henry has signed to play for Worcestershire from April until June.

Yep, opened at club and A level for ND whilst coming up through the grades. Hardly the worst idea tbh.

More vanity and self-respecting prudence than many a top-order agribusinessman, although a bit more wristy manipulation for singles would be ideal.

There's no 'savvy' punters with the TAB/sports-betting agencies over any decent period of time, best odds you'll get is betting with a mate.

Haha doubtful. I hate to think what sort of stats Cribbage posts, if a mathematics B-grader like me can bring home 40% p.a. returns with the cricket betting.

It's astonishing betting agencies remain in business considering how many people I've heard this sort of thing from over the years.

The other weird phenomenon is I only ever seem to hear about the wins

Well Cribb has been working long hours and has made big sacrifices to be as good as he is, let's face it. Trawling through the semi-literate tedium of Zimbabwe cricket forums, and so on.

He should really be recruiting neighbours to invest in his prowess and make the dollar/hour figure more rewarding, like the 1950s Warren Buffett did.

Truth be told, there are/have been some very rare exceptions to the rule (in the long-term), but it's extremely rare. However even with them there's generally limited events that represent amazing value, and it takes a lot more than mathematical prowess.

If Pews really is one of the few, hats off to em.

There are many who make overall losses. Even those who make very decent overall profits (like me) have had some events when they lost good amount of money...like the last Ashes Series in my case...But that doesn't matter as long as you make profits in the long-term...anything below 100 bets is really short-term
