FMD santa hits them far for a skinny dude. Ronchi looking dangerously out of touch.
#NIchollsFault then. Not sure what to say about that. Hard to criticise Ronchi or Santner too much, also hard to criticise the 3 blokes who are expected to make runs and did exactly that.
He's Adam Ellis now. Keep up.Adam Larsen
Why!?!? He is definitely Larsening this spell. He's Adam Ellis now. Keep up.
Picked up a few wickets on a Plunket Shield green top. Why!?!? He is definitely Larsening this spell.
Because a couple of weeks ago he was languishing in domestic cricket but turned up at #6 in the batting order. Why!?!? He is definitely Larsening this spell.
I'm sure Larsen did a bit of that too. Also a balanced all-rounder as a youngster at domestic level, like Milne.Picked up a few wickets on a Plunket Shield green top.
....which is a very Larsen-esque place to be batting in domestixBecause a couple of weeks ago he was languishing in domestic cricket but turned up at #6 in the batting order.
Yeah to be fair Larsen could bat as well so it's still a more apt comparison, but it's less funny.I'm sure Larsen did a bit of that too. Also a balanced all-rounder as a youngster at domestic level, like Milne.
Yeah I agree. I thought I'd made a longish post about this a while ago but I could find was this from March:Reckon Ish could grow to be a pretty handy ODI bowler of the Tahir variety.
I reckon Sodhi has much more potential as a limited overs player than a Test player.
The issue is that Sri Lanka's resources beyond these two are rather limited. They're gonna have to get them the majority of the way there themselves imo.Dhoni-esque approach this chase in a way. Willing to let the run rate go up to keep wickets in hand, and then see what happens in the last 15-20.
