I saw an interview he did with Ian Ward earlier and Jimmy said he was stiff generally as he hadn't played for a while, but his side wasn't worrying him.
Ta, that sort of fits.

Swear I saw Tremlett lick his lips just now. He should be thinking about cleaning up here.

Sri Lanka not picking another bat is the most dire call.
Absolute insanity. It's not as if any of the seamers are much cop anyway. I know he's crocked now, but Dilshan's offies don't lose much in comparison with Maharof or Perera for my money.

Dilhara.

So good to watch terrible tailenders somehow managing to survive high-quality bowling.

Yeah, the idea that adding an average fifth bowler to an average 4-man bowling attack gives you something more than an average 5-man attack. England have gone down that route a fair few times.

Some champagne batting this session.

The worst bit about the 4 man vs. 5 man attack call is when you're batting lineup relies on a bloke like Prasanna Jayawardene at 6. Having a quality tour but really hardly a Gilchrist or Andy Flower with the bat.

I actually think he's capable of being a test #6 myself. Looks more of a six than Perera looks a seven anyway!
