Yeah a bit harsh, I was going to give him a break in that little spew based on how much better his front foot judgement was but I figured he'd probably end up out two balls into the first session the next morning if I did, no doubt to a shocker shot on the front foot.

Hales isn't good enough despite getting 86, he's not once looked comfortable in every Test innings he's played. Give Bel-Drummond a go like they took a chance on Cook.

Meanwhile Bairstow is averaging 111 this year so far, love it.
