The good news (at least for me) was that Jordan and Plunkett had their kit on whilst Broad didn't earlier (when Prior came in) suggesting Broad is at 10. Plunkett should be 8 and Jordan 9 imo but could be swayed to swap them around. Was a little worried when both sky and cricinfo listed Broad, Jordan, Plunkett as the order. Although I was surprised to find out that Broad actually came out of the ashes with a somewhat respectable average of 19.37. Must have slogged a few when I was asleep in lost causes.
Don't think Plunkett will work out long term but his improved batting has certainly helped him gain selection. Think his pace has probably been hyped up a little too much and whilst being 85-90mph at county level is quick at test level he probably find that they're a bit more capable of mastering it. Still it's a good story and presumably gives hope to many in the county game.
