ARENT the umpires allowed to call him if they suspect it?Certainly adds a bit to this game, still think England have a good chance here.
Wish the Umpires were allowed to just call him for chucking, that would really make things fun.
Stop crying. Umpire's verdict is out. Just move onAgain, that was not in the rules. He entered his delivery stride, after that you are not allowed to stop. It should have been a no ball/
You can be run out off a no ball ffs. Stop crying.Again, that was not in the rules. He entered his delivery stride, after that you are not allowed to stop. It should have been a no ball/
Read the laws you dope. You can't mankad a batsmen in your delivery stride. The law was specifically changed to stop it.You can be run out off a no ball ffs. Stop crying.
Actually, I'm with the bowler on this one, IF he had warned Buttler previously. Even one warning is enough imo. Why should the batsman get away with cheating?Just to clarify, I was watching on playback and made my comment about being sporting BEFORE satchi ran out butler . Personally, despite it being within the rules, I DONT agree with him doing it. IMO, he should have given him one more warning ( I.e three warnings) after that fair game, its the batsmans responsibility then.
You watching Sky at the moment? Not the rule at all.Again, that was not in the rules. He entered his delivery stride, after that you are not allowed to stop. It should have been a no ball/
It involved two players, one of whom isn't in the test squad.Got no real problem with it, just think it will cause a really **** atmosphere for the test series. There will be moments when a Sri Lankan scores a 50 and England players won't clap or a SL bat gets hit and nobody will check he is ok and some will say it is an eye for an eye.
