Nice way to finish it. That was a seriously impressive performance with the ball, accurate and hostile. Cook/Bell scoring well under no pressure.

Sena and Kula deserve spots for the Tests.. considering our bowling attack will be weak already I don't see a reason not to go with them.

just got home from the match and wanted to say very well done to England on a thoroughly deserved victory. I feel extremely disappointed and let down by my team who simply didnt show up today...I have to laugh at the the fact that it took longer for me to drive to Old trafford than to watch our innnings today...I was told by an England fan sat next to me that he felt sorry for our boys and likened today to "putting your hands into a freezer then trying to play cricket for your team"- whilst i understand it, i dont accept it personally. Today was a VERY bad day at the office for us and hopefully we will come back with a decent response. BTW, does anyone know where chandimal keeps his brain whilst he is batting as it certainly isnt with him considering his constant poor shot selections..

Vaughan's tweet suggests that he doesn't understand the rules (bent arm at delivery is not an issue), or maybe he thinks that arm is straightening more than 15 degrees at delivery? Either way, Broad getting involved was obviously a bad idea.

shock horror, broad typing/speaking without engaging his brain..he is used to being able to say what he thinks as daddy gets him out of a lot of trouble..with the same attitude..

tbh its no surprise to us as we always get the "graveyard shift" of the season..understandable as in terms of revenue, we dont bring in as much as the likes of India/Aus etc..i blame our board for continually accepting like waiting for the scraps that fall from the table..

Some serious average ODI batting from both Sri Lanka and England in this series. On another note, Chris Jordan's stock is rising massively during this series! Could be in with a shout for the test side at this rate!

Yeah it is a little colder than usual. It is still pretty wet/cold in late May though. Tend to brighten up for one week in June and then rains till the end of the year.
