Even if windies score at 2.5 runs an over it putting sri lanka under pressure cause lead is getting reduced, at the moment windies are not going the correct mode

I think it has been justifiable up until now. But they will need to step on it slightly to transfer some pressure now that the ball is getting older.

Sri Lanka have a decent pace bowling line up these days with Lakmal,Fernando and Kumara around. Chameera is not a bad fill in either.

So I've had the TV on and the cricinfo comms at the same time for the first time in ages. Not sure I'm watching the same game as them, the latest commentator ( Shashank Kishore) seems to have Sri Lankan tinted specs on. Makes me think how much I have missed in matches I had to follow via Cricinfo!

Anyway, fascinating session, very tight and good solid bowling from the Sri Lankans. Nice to see a continuation of the heart shown in Bangladesh by these guys. They haven't folded, they've stuck in there.

Bonner has the mental side of test cricket down pat I feel, but there was a definite tendency to nibble outside off stump that seam bowlers around the world will be taking notice of!

I guess only two openers have managed to hit a 50 in Caribbean in almost 3 years. Mayank Agarwal & Rory Burns. Batting in Caribbean especially for openers these days is a tough tough job. Campbell also misses a half ton comfortably.

Yeah, you get some very clearly biased commentary on Cricinfo/Cricbuzz sometimes, the tone of it often gives it away. Not that you don't get the same with TV comms sometimes, but at least there you can actually see what's going on yourself.

Da silva is a big wicket too. He's very consistent
Him and Jason will be the key after tea. He looks very technically sound.

The batting today, especially in the first session was just unacceptable though. Way too slow and allows the bowlers to set the tempo and settle into a line.
