Well Shoaib Akhter is out of the tour with a minor injury and PCB has decided to rest him instead of playing him in the test series.
Pakistan is likely to give chance to young players in Misbah,Faisal and Zahid in the last onedayers.Akram is also likly to skipp the game

Obviously after losing so many matches you must be immune to defeats:lol::lol::lol::lol:.
No, but winning more than 3 matches means England will get to the Final of the VB Series which will outdo anything India managed.

The year was 1999 when India played the VB series, the same year when Aus and Pakistan met in the WC final. Pakistan was a top team then, unlike SL which are no where near the top(especially when they are without Murali).

England played with Aus and Pak just after the WC in a triangular series in ENGLAND, they lost all the matches to both Aus and Pakistan;), think about that!

That is the past, this is now the future, I don't care if they lost them all, it's not the World Cup is it? It's a ODI Series. Who cares?

Yup, but its the only thing I can compare it too, and it was actually quite a similer Australia team - Aggresive opening batsmen, great bowlers...and Brett Lee actually taking Wickets cheaply then...

All England have done so far is won a match against Sri Lanka, against Aus they have been losing badly, so whats the point in comparison?? (unless England starts beating Aus, then you can have a point)

That India only won against Pakistan and New South Wales in a ODier. Oh wow, that's good...and with a 1st choice touring squad too...and no injuries...

Best side??? I wasn't talking about Aus, i was talking about the series b/w India and England in which English bowlers were taken to the cleaners.
As were the Indian bowlers, then India were taken apart by the Windies as well, whereas England went onto to play Aus.

By my reckoning England have played the 2 best batting line-ups at the moment, and so can expect to be battered.

India haven't, yet have been...

Well if England bowlers did better than Indian bowlers than i wonder as to why lost the series?
What series? The only recent series betwen England and India ended in a draw.

Are you feling allright??
Most people with agree with me that Pak was a very good oneday side in '99, they were the WC finalists, beating them is no joke. And even if they happen to be a crap side, England have a 30 percent win record against Pakistan in last 10 onedayers!!
What about England getting beaten in all the onedayers in 2000 in England at the hands of crap Pakistan??

As for NSW, they might not be a strong team, but were too stronger for the English team :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I made my point clear earlier that England not only got hammered at the hands of Aussie team , but also at the hands of teams like PM 11 and Aussie A team!!
Also, India happened to have been -playing matches on dusty wickets known to favor batters only, England were NOT playing on such turf in Australia.

Strange, England happen 2 have lost the matches played against the above mentioned 2 teams in recent past! Now if winning matches against them is a piece of cake, then what are we going to say about a team that has been losing to them???
