It doesn't matter how many people were injured - you had better bowlers in the team to bowl. O'Brien is one of the worst regular bowlers I've seen at international level (or even List A level) really. He does appear as if he has some batting ability though (although it has escaped him in recent times...).
oh god yeah he is not much of a bowler there are at least 4/5 better on the team.

Conditions are difficult here and runs are very hard to come by. Our inability to play short bowling effectively does not look good for our prospects against Mr. Harmison.

Going at 4.5 an over now, they were just under 4 at about the 30 over mark.

Yup, Tendulkar and Dravid turning the heat on. Sachin playing some marvelous shots through the off-side as well. LS went as far as to suggest "vintage Tendulkar" but who really takes him seriously. ;)

Shame that Sachin got run out a run away from another ODI century. Yuvraj failing to perform (again). Let's see if Rohit Sharma can provide any excitement in the 4 overs that are left.

Poor over from Charl, Karthik is taking India to the 250 mark - which if the Indians bowl anything like decent should be more than enough.

Langeveldt has been a weak link in the bowling attack today, other than him the South Africans have bowled pretty well.

Not for me, some of the middle over stuff was pure trite and given the conditions they should have knocked over a few more than the concrete feet merchants up the top, who were dying for a duck.

243 to win. Fair effort if South Africa chase this, wicket is rather slow and the bounce is variable. Only solace is that with the drizzle, India's two spinners may struggle to grip the ball.

Good knocks from Dravid and Sachin all the same, did their side proud.

Good stuff from Tendulkar and Dravid. Tendulkar's 11th score in the 90s as well.
