Argh, Dravid out.

I've noticed (and I'm hoping its just a prolonged form slump) that Dravid has continually failed to go on with it when he gets starts and has battled his way to a 20-30 off 90-110 balls. Its unlike the Dravid of old.

Fair enough that its a tricky wicket to bat on, but we needed at least 60 from Rahul.
Morkel to Dravid, OUT, caught! That's a vicious ball and Dravid is hurt as well, a good length ball pitches outside off stump and rears up sharply at Dravid who comes half forward and tries to defend, the ball angles into the right-hander and the bounce is so steep that the ball smashes into Dravid's glove and lobs up to de Villiers at gully, Dravid is in pain as he walks off the ground
Wow, having read the description of the ball (I'm not watching as I'm at uni on a Saturday doing a Constitutional Law assignment  ) I take back what I said about Dravid. Seems there was nothing he could do with that one.

I think you were right about Harris in your post (though a little exaggerated) but let's not be a smart arse here Termanati.

Anyway, crucial part of the game now.
How can someone not help be a smart arse, when someone Lips you of for no reason, and your point is valid?
Too many internet Heroes around.

OMG Plumb...Missing Off and leg...

Harris the problem As i siad, Amla should have had a wicket, where harris has toiled for nothing.

Laxman gone, vital wicket, glad Mørkel is getting a few.
Morkel looks very good 1st time I have seen him but he looks to have all the tools to be a top notch international bowler. I think he will really enjoy himself in England & Ausralia later in the year

IMO, Morkel is every bit as talented as Ishant

The only reason more fuss hasnt been made of him is that the Indian and Australian media hasnt got behind him

I am sceptical about Morne Mørkel in Tests. He seems quite inaccurate at times and I don't think he can extract much movement in the air or off the pitch other than reverse swing. Furthermore, his average FC record (78 wickets at 30.30) - especially considering he plays on the bouncy South African tracks suggests that his unlimited overs bowling certainly lacks something. I would certainly place him in a World XI on a crumbling pitch with uneven bounce like this one though. I expect him to be a very successful ODI bowler though.

205/5 is a good position for India but I feel that India's position after the first innings will depend massively on the contributions of Piyush Chawla and Harbhajan Singh with the bat.
